The Senator representing Kwara North Senatorial District, Sen Sadiq Suleiman Umar has commiserated with Governor Abdulrahman Abdulrazaq of Kwara State over the death of his father, Alhaji A.G.F. Abdulrazaq.
In a statement signed by the Media Team of the Senator in Ilorin, the Kwara State capital, the Lawmaker
described his demise as a colossal loss not only to Ilorin Emirates alone but also the nation as a whole.
The lawmaker noted that the deceased who was the Mutawalin Ilorin, Tafidan Zazzau and the Chairman Nigerian body of benchers was the first Northern Nigeria Lawyer and the first Senior Advocate of Nigeria (SAN) in the North a former Ambassador of Nigeria to Ivory Coast, a seasoned administrator among others.
The deceased would be missed by all for his remarkable support and contributions to the growth and development of the country and humanity at large, confirmed that his demise marks the end of another era of intellectualism, excellence and accomplishments.
He therefore condoled with Governor Abdulrahman Abdulrazaq, the Abdulrazaq family, and well-wishers and urged them to accept the incidence as the Will of God and prayed Almighty Allah to rewards the deceased Al-janah firdaus.
