Honorable representing Ajikobi/Alanamu constituency at the Kwara State House of Assembly, Hon AbdulGafar Ayinla Ayilara on Thursday procured Joint Admission and Matriculations Board forms for 150 qualified indigent and vulnerable youths in the state as part of efforts to ensure they secure admission to tertiary institutions.
The distribution of JAMB forms cut across all the seven wards consists of Alanamu /Ajikobi constituency; Ajikobi , Alanamu, Ogidi, Oloje, Adewole, Oju – Ekun /Sarumi and Ubadanwaki ward respectively
Hon Ayilara said the procurement was to give the beneficiaries the sufficient opportunity they would have missed to secure a better future with their peers as the leaders of tomorrow.
Ayilara who spoke in Ilorin, during the distribution of the forms said, his office is committed to extending the dividends of democracy to the youths in his constituency.
He added the present administration would leave no stone unturned in preparing the future leaders of Kwara State with the requisite qualifications to enable them to improve on the solid foundation that had been laid in the state.
Beneficiaries of the exercise while speaking with JustEventOnline News expressed their delights on the free JAMB, prayed God to continue His Unlimited grace and blessings on the honorable.
Hon Ayilara however urged the beneficiaries to reciprocate the gesture by being studious and shunning any behavior that couldyarn isish the attainment of academic greatness.
The exercise took place at Socrates College, Aromaradu Ilorin, the state capital with officials on the ground attending to the beneficiaries
